All custom orders must be approved and paid for before production begins. Payment terms will be outlined at the time of order confirmation.

Quotes provided for custom 3D printing or consulting services are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

All sales are final. Because our products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors caused by us.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Designs you submit remain your intellectual property. However, you grant us a limited license to use the designs solely to fulfill your order. Any original designs or consulting outputs created by Suncoast Select Services are main our property unless transferred through a separate written agreement.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any materials from our Website is strictly prohibited.

4. Delivery and Turnaround

Turnaround times for projects are estimates only and may vary based on the complexity and volume of the project. We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as shipping carriers, supply shortages, or acts of nature.

Shipping risks pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5. Warranty and Limitations of Liability

We warrant that our Services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. However, we make no other warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability.

shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of our Services.

Our total liability for any claim related to our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in question.
